Meek Mill to launch Puma pop-up shop ahead of Made in America gig in Philly this weekend
Meek Mill is scheduled to play Made in America this weekend, but ahead of his performance, the rapper will host a pop-up shop here in Philly, where fans can get their hands on limited edition Dream Chasers-themed clothing and sneakers from Puma.
Located at 2005 Market St. Suite 100, the pop-up show will run Friday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and Sunday. Items available include long and short-sleeve T-shirts, hoodies, and sneakers. Mill's "Stay Woke" shirts, released earlier this summer, will also be available, with proceeds benefitting The Gathering for Justice, a criminal justice reform organization.

Purchases at the pop-up will include a download code to redeem for a digital copy of Mill's upcoming album once it is released, which could "happen at any time," as Mill told the Inquirer earlier this month. Mill will also give away tickets for Made in America to select fans who cop new gear during his appearance at the pop-up.
Mill is scheduled to play the Rocky Stage at Made in America at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. He will go on after rapper Fat Joe, on at 5:45 p.m., and before Post Malone, who takes the stage at 9:30 p.m.
The pop-up announcement is the latest event to be announced this week for Mill, who donated more than 6,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to Philly students with an event at North Philadelphia's James G. Blaine School, his alma mater, this week. The supplies will be distributed to students at Strawberry Mansion High School, Wright Elementary, Edward Gideon School, Edison High School, William Dick School, Benjamin Franklin High School, and other area schools.
"It's a good feeling. I've been up all night, I was in the studio all night till seven in the morning, flew here, came and gave out book bags and met the children," Mill said Wednesday. "I seem a little ruffled, but it's out of love for the people in my city."
